The door to No. 23 Mellow Lane is made of wood. It is coated in grey paint. The paint is peeling off and is so old it shimmers blue in some places. There's moss growing in the corners where it's hinges are.
The door has an old, plain doorknob. Years of usage have rubbed off the paint and left a dark golden patina.
Underneath the doorknob is a key hole made for a big old-fashioned key. There are scratches around the key hole.
The doorframe is also made of wood. It used to be painted white, but here the paint is peeling off, too. So now, the wood underneath is visible in many places.
There are three drill holes in the upper part of the door, forming a smal ltriangle. This is where a door knocker used to be. Someone tried to paint the holes close but they're still faintly visible under the paint. Also something has been carved into the doorframe above the door. It's faded now, and can only be guessed at.

The wall of the house is made of red bricks. The stones are generally weathered and old, but a few brand new one's stand out where the wall has been renovated. The buidlings foundation is build from larger grey stones. They can be seen through the high grass that grows in front of the wall.
There's a small doorbell on the left of the door. It's just a single button to push. There's no name attached to it.
On the right side of the door hangs a yellow plastic postbox. It's obviously new and still shiny.
There's a small porch in front of the door. It's really just the top landing of the three steps leading up to the door from the front yard. They are flagged with stone slabs. Moss, blades of grass and single daisies grow between the stones. A black plastic bucket stands on the left side of the bottom step. In it lie a hand trowel, a pair of garden gloves in mint condition and a putty knife.

There is a small front garden attached to the house. It's only about three meters wide from house wall to street. A garden fence separates it from the street. The fence is made of wood, and is unpainted. It looks brand new. The places at which the fence posts have been dug into the ground are still fresh. The garden itself is mostly plain grass. There are two small flowerbeds, one on the right the other one on the left side of the entry door. Both flowerbeds are unkempt and overgrown. The grass has been recently cut. Three roughed up patches of soil near the fence mark places where bushes have recently been dug up. On the right side, a large part of the front garden is taken up by a driveway. It leads to a small, flat roof car port attached to the house. A flagstone path leads from the driveway to the house's front door.
On the left side of the garden, the grass narrows down to a meter thin path that leads around the house into the back garden.

So, here're my answers for prompt 4 and 5...
---------
The house is a two level building with a peaked roof that is covered in dark roofing tiles. They look old and weathered. On the back side is a winter garden, it's roof functions as a balcony for the second level. The house walls are weathered brick stones with occasional remains of white greyish wall plaster. The back side of the building is covered in large parts by an ivy that grows from the garden right up to the roof.
The windows on all levels have been replaced by new, shiny white ones. The walls surrounding the windows show that someone has worked on them. The grout between the bricks looks equally brand new.
There's only one person living in that house right now. She's a woman of about thirty years, with dark chocolate coloured skin, greyish eyes, and middle length light brown hair that she wears in a simply pony tail. She also wears a pair of bright green glasses. She's between 1,70 and 1,80 meters tall, but she is wearing heels. Her lady's suit has a simple cut but looks expensive. She's holding a sketchbook in her hand as well as a cell phone.
She owns a dog. It's a mongrel that seems to be a cross between a beagle and a spaniel. It's small, 40 cm high, and it's fur is tricoloured in black, white and tan. It's chewing on a well-loved squeaky toy.
